Q: Do you accept paypal?

A: I can send you an invoice and you can pay with Paypal. Please contact us and in your email add the product you would like so it can be invoiced.

Q: Is there any other way to get points?

A: Yes. When you create an account you will get 100 free points. When you leave a review you will also get 100 free points. We will be sending out emails with promotions/coupons for free points.

Q: Why isn’t my tracking info showing on USPS.com?

A. It can take up to 24hr to update in the USPS system.

Q: Will my product come with a measuring scoop?

A. No. We have found that customers prefer lower product cost and the option to purchase a scoop if it is needed. If we send a scoop with every order it would increase Tianeptine Cost.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A. We only ship to United States. We are working on logistics to ship outside the USA. Check back often.

Q: I need to change the address of an order I just placed, can I do this?

A. If you contact us before your order is shipped, then we can change the address. We are unable to change the address once your order ships. Orders ship by 3 PM EST daily Monday – Friday and Saturday by 2pm EST. Once it is in the possession of USPS you will need to contact them to work out a solution.

Q: How much is shipping?

A. USPS (4-7 day) 1st class $4.30, (2-3 day) Priority $8.65, (1-2 day) Express Shipping $29.39

Q: When will my order ship?

A. Orders received by 3 PM EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Remaining orders will ship the following business day (this does not include federal holidays or Saturdays). All delivery time estimates are based on business days (M-F). Saturday we have a short window to get orders delivered to USPS. We try and get orders shipped Saturday to the best of our ability.

Q: I have not received a shipping confirmation of my order, why?

A. If you place your order after hours or Sundays, please keep in mind that our facility doesn’t ship on Sundays as USPS is closed, and your shipment should go out on the next business day. If there is a problem with your order, please email us and we will find a solution, alternatively be sure to check your spam folder to verify that the e-mail wasn’t sent to your spam folder.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A. Visa, MasterCard, Discover

Q: Can I cancel my order before it ships?

A. Yes. The first time is a freebie but due to the Merchant Processor fees for refunds the 2nd time it will be a $5.00 merchant fee. It will be deducted from the refund amount.

Q: Does OrderTianeptine accept refunds?

A. Yes. Please see the Return Policy.

Q: Will the company name show up on the shipping package?

A: No, it will say Thank You then the return address.

Q: How is the tianeptine sodium packed?

A: Tianeptine sodium is pack in blue ziplock baggie. Then placed in a flat black mylar zip lock with a desiccant. Then it’s sealed.

Q: Do you package your products in the plastic double walled tubs?

A: Yes. If you add a tub to the order the tianeptine will be packed in the tub.

Q: What are the loyalty points?

A: When you purchase an item from www.ordertianeptine.com you will receive 1 point for every dollar spent.

 Example:  If you just spent $45.00 you would receive 45 points to put towards your next order or you can save them up.

Q: Do I have to have an account in order to receive and redeem loyalty points?

A: Yes. You will need to sign up or sign into your account.

Q: How do I do redeem loyalty points?

A: At checkout there will be a spot to redeem points.

Example: If you had 650 points in your account you would be able to get up to $6.50 off of your order if you redeemed all of your points.

Q: Do the loyalty points expire?

A: No.

Q: How do I tell how many points I have?

A: On the “My Account” page there will be a spot labeled “My Points” that will show you how many points you have earned.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we can only accept returns for unopened, sealed products in original packing.

The return process

  • Contact a Customer Service Rep before returning any items
  • You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in new condition.
  • Want to switch to a different instore product? You can do that, just contact us.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts us and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved,we will initiate a refund to your credit card(or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Swapping for another item

E-mail us, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the unopened product and the size you wish to receive in exchange.

Transportation damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, J.F. Investments reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
